McCall's 7540 - Pattern Review
Hello LOVELY! I hope you are having a wonderful day! Today I'm posting about this brocade two piece dress I made for a sewing competition using this McCall's Pattern. This was a very easy sew and the directions were simple to follow. I made this dress for my model who is very tall and has legs for days. This pattern comes in sizes 6 - 22 and the cups come in sizes A - D, it's a MUST have in your pattern stash!
I have gotten many questions about the applique that I attached to the bodice of this dress and I wanted to tell you how I did it so you can too. I ordered these assorted beads from Amazon in two different colors, pink and purple. When they arrived there were some that could be sewn on and other's that had to be glued. I grabbed a piece of tulle and placed it in a hoop and began gluing them down randomly. When I finished, this beautiful accessory came out. The pattern review is below and enjoy the photos! And remember to B Fab! B You! B Sharpe Too!
